Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product, our live products cannot be returned for a refund. We do, however, guarantee live delivery, and will have another order reshipped free of charge in the even the live crickets, superworms, roaches, chicks, or black soldier fly larva do not survive the transit.  Please contact us at contact@thecritterdepot.com if you have an issue with your live delivery.
