Scope of Work - Improve Site Speed

Hello,

I'd like to improve my website's speed.  I have 2 specific pages that I would like to improve:

Focus on These GTMetrix Scores:

If you review the GTMetrix score, you'll see that each line item has a grade.  For every line that has a grade less than a B, I'd like to have those areas fixed so they are a B or higher.  Here are the grades of focus for the Home Page:
